What you'll do

• Manage all aspects of the Human Resources department
• assist department managers with personnel matters
• process facility payroll
• pre-screen and onboard new hires
• maintain positive employee engagement. Requires an associate’s degree in human resource management or a similar field and two years of HR experience in a skilled nursing setting. Five years of HR Director experience in skilled nursing and PHR or SPHR certification are preferred.
