Caregiver – PRN

The Caregiver – PRN is an onsite role at Hoyt Court in Sulphur Springs, TX. Pay is $13.00–$14.50 per hour, with credit for experience. PRN assignments are available across shifts of 6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6 a.m., with weekend and holiday rotation. Hoyt Court provides assisted living services. The caregiver supports residents with daily living activities while promoting safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. The role also monitors and documents changes in residents’ condition, communicates with nurses and families, and engages residents in activities that support mental and emotional well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• monitor changes in physical or cognitive condition
• document care and communicate with nurses, family members, and team members
• engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
