The Purchasing Assistant — Wine and Beer role is onsite in Golden, CO. Compensation is $27 per hour. The position supports Natural Grocers’ wine and beer category under the direction of the Category Manager. The assistant helps maintain accurate assortments, product records, ordering, promotions, and pricing. The work coordinates stores, vendors, brokers, and internal partners to support timely and compliant execution.

What you'll do

• Maintain planograms, assortments, and site-specific set information
• analyze assortment data and provide recommendations
• assist with product screening, documentation review, vendor setup, and quality reviews
• support ordering, inventory reviews, recalls, returns, and discontinued items
• assist with promotions, vendor funding validation, pricing updates, discrepancy resolution, and promotional records
• support stores, vendors, brokers, and internal partners.
