What you'll do

• Act as primary point of contact between kitchen/CSC, airline partners, and Key Account Manager.
• Maintain customer specifications and service requirements.
• Ensure accurate billing, provisioning, and inventory management.
• Support on-time flight departures.
• Coordinate airline CSC evaluations.
• Track quality scores, flight attendant feedback, and delay data.
• Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Guide, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and cost controls.
