The Cook — Float role is onsite in Mound, Minnesota, with hours that may vary between 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports residents at Harrison Bay Senior Living, a Lifespark community with memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The cook prepares and serves meals that meet residents’ prescribed diets and preferences, following facility procedures and dietary and sanitation regulations. The position helps ensure residents receive accurate, appropriately prepared meals and that food and kitchen areas are handled safely.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature-control procedures
• assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils
• check trays for menu, diet, preference, and accuracy requirements
• store food and supplies properly
• process diet changes and maintain menus according to established procedures.

Why this role
