CSA Estimator – Data Center Construction

The CSA Estimator – Data Center Construction role is onsite in Concord, NC; compensation is not specified. The role develops civil, structural, and architectural cost estimates and provides cost consulting to support effective construction cost management. It contributes through cost planning, procurement, project cost controls, client reporting, and coordination with the cost management team.

What you'll do

• Prepare and present cost plans at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels
• assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports
• manage procurement activities including bid analysis and contractual documents
• monitor cost variances and change control
• perform cost checks and valuations
• prepare monthly post-contract cost reports
• contribute to value engineering and final account negotiations
• liaise with clients and consultants
• support cost management team leadership and identify process improvements.
