What you'll do

• Coordinate hiring across assigned stores
• review applications and resumes with hiring managers
• schedule and follow up on interviews
• manage recruiting, onboarding, new-hire training, and orientation
• maintain job postings and requisitions
• coordinate offer letters and pre-employment documents
• support community outreach and hiring events
• partner with HR and Talent Acquisition
• travel between stores and events within the market as needed.
