This position supports the United Site Services team by leading a team of Account Resolution Specialists focused on collecting payments for rentals and services. The role exists to drive cash collection, reduce delinquency, and support business growth by ensuring daily operations are aligned with company priorities. The supervisor will coach team members, manage performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes.
