Hybrid Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier’s checks
• educate members on self-service options
• verify endorsements and identification
• execute wire or ACH transfers
• issue debit, credit, and gift cards
• troubleshoot card, online banking, and account questions
• balance and maintain a cash drawer and branch vault and related currency logs when applicable.
