What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with assigned customers
• liaise with operations and customer experience teams
• help resolve product, service, and delivery issues
• follow up on leads and record activity in the CRM
• generate leads through calls, referrals, and territory sales visits
• track sales volumes and report field activity
• learn manufacturers’ programs and educate clients on lubrication practices
• prepare sales contracts, quotes, and credit applications.
