What you'll do

• Manage service repairs and assign jobs according to employee skills
• ensure timely completion and invoicing of repair orders
• resolve elevated customer issues
• participate in department-manager meetings
• help develop and execute service policies and processes
• create annual forecasts and goals
• execute and review strategic and marketing plans
• communicate with corporate and branch personnel
• hire, train, develop, and review service staff
• maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
• identify customer and business opportunities
• maintain a professional facility and identify improvements.
