Precision CNC Machining Specialist

The Precision CNC Machining Specialist role is onsite in Brookfield, WI, for $23–$32 per hour. The schedule is 3 p.m.–1:30 a.m., Monday–Friday, on second shift. Trace-A-Matic produces high-accuracy components for multiple industries. The specialist operates and adjusts CNC equipment to meet print and quality requirements, performs in-process inspections, and supports production setups. The role also helps maintain consistent machining practices and production flow across a cell.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC equipment and adjust offsets
• perform repetitive machining tasks accurately
• interpret blueprints and document inspections
• assist with machine setups
• run multiple machines within a cell
• apply GD&T
• use precision measuring tools and hand metrology
• mentor operators on repeatable tasks
• support additional production tasks as needed.
