What you'll do

• Assess IT infrastructure and equipment
• troubleshoot Windows devices, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
• support conference-room audiovisual systems
• verify configurations against government standards
• document findings
• assist with equipment refresh, asset tracking, and service tickets.
