What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and other personnel
• conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor restricted-area access and verify credentials as directed
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations under established protocols
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs.
