The Lifecycle and Content Marketing Coordinator role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $60,000–$80,000 per year. Plunkett’s Pest Control is a family-owned company with more than 100 years of history; this role supports its Marketing team. The coordinator helps guide customer communications from acquisition through renewal and loyalty, while creating content and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role supports campaign execution, customer engagement, and cross-functional marketing projects with performance reporting and customer insights.

What you'll do

• Support lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, renewal, and win-back
• build and manage automated email campaigns and nurture programs
• coordinate blogs, newsletters, email, social, and customer education content
• manage editorial calendars
• review communications for accuracy and brand consistency
• track feedback and engagement
• support public relations and online review management
• coordinate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations
• report campaign performance and customer insights.
