What you'll do

• Observe, document, and account for residents in the facility and community
• enforce assigned rules and restrictions
• document transactions involving money, medications, mail, visitors, and calls
• support counselors with resident programming, which may include electronic monitoring, home and workplace visits, and surveillance testing
• inspect facility premises
• follow emergency, life-safety, sanitation, and unusual-occurrence procedures
• perform general housekeeping
• accept reassigned shifts as needed.
