The role leads Canteen’s executive dining and corporate catering program, supporting dining experiences for executives, clients, and employees. The position exists to oversee dining and catering operations while delivering high-quality food and service. It contributes to the program’s performance through menu development, event execution, cost and budget management, food safety, and the development of culinary and service team members.

What you'll do

• Lead executive dining, café operations, and catering services
• create and execute seasonal menus
• plan catering for executive meetings, board functions, client events, and special occasions
• work with clients and stakeholders on menus and event execution
• oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and sourcing
• manage food costs, labor, purchasing, and budgets
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
• mentor culinary and service team members.
