The Commercial Facilities Maintenance Handyman role is in person in Summerville, SC. Pay is $17–$25 per hour. Authorized Construction Services provides commercial facilities maintenance and construction services to retail, commercial, healthcare, and institutional clients across the Southeast. The role performs repairs, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting across commercial facilities and multiple building trades. It helps keep client facilities functional and safe through service calls, preventive inspections, repairs, and clear work documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform commercial facility repairs and maintenance
• troubleshoot doors, hardware, locks, hinges, and closures
• repair drywall and complete patching, finishing, and painting
• install and repair trim, wall protection, millwork, ceiling components, and flooring
• perform basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• install shelving and signage
• conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• respond to service calls and emergency maintenance requests
• document completed work
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
