Personal Lines Client Manager

What you'll do

• Provide timely client service by phone, email, and other channels
• manage homeowners, auto, and other personal insurance policies
• review policies and renewal premiums for coverage gaps and savings opportunities
• process policy changes, renewals, new business, and cancellations
• prepare quotes and remarket policies when appropriate
• recommend coverage based on client needs
• refer commercial, farm/agriculture, and life prospects to appropriate team members
• maintain accurate client records
• assist with claims questions and underwriting requirements.
