The Home Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes across the greater Kansas City, MO metro area; compensation is not specified. 1st Access provides caregivers to support individual clients at home. The caregiver helps clients with daily household tasks and personal care while remaining attentive to their needs and communicating changes or concerns to a supervisor. The work supports clients’ day-to-day care and independence.

What you'll do

• Prepare meals
• clean kitchens, living areas, and bathrooms
• take out trash
• make beds and do laundry
• assist with dressing, grooming, and bathing
• shop, run errands, and provide transportation
• remain with the client and report condition changes or concerns to a supervisor
• follow confidentiality and infection-control guidelines.
