Maintenance Manager

The role supports safe, reliable plant operations by developing technicians, managing preventive and predictive maintenance, improving equipment reliability, and coordinating contractor work.

What you'll do

• Maintain plant safety culture and operating discipline
• manage technical training and technician development
• plan major maintenance work
• manage preventive maintenance, spare parts, scheduling, CMMS data, budgets, lubrication, and condition-based maintenance
• investigate equipment failures and prevent recurrence
• track asset performance
• direct daily maintenance operations
• manage contractors and vendors.
