What you'll do

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels, labor costs, and productivity
• prepare deployment charts and break assignments
• lead opening and closing duties
• train team members using approved programs
• understand restaurant equipment
• assist the general manager with company standards
• coach, counsel, or discipline as appropriate and document actions
• follow food-handling, money-management, labor, and equal-opportunity guidelines.
