What you'll do

• Plan and execute materials testing programs
• develop quotations in response to proposals
• design custom test fixtures and equipment and create 2D or 3D CAD drawings
• prepare work instructions for technicians and machinists
• lead technical solution development
• evaluate processes and risks
• develop contingency plans
• use data collection systems and create processing tools and graphical reports
• compile and analyze test data
• manage contracts, budgets, invoicing requirements, and fiscal updates
• lead client meetings and align expectations on cost, scope, milestones, and communications
• identify process improvements.
