What you'll do

• Repair, install, and maintain residential garage doors
• diagnose customer concerns and recommend solutions
• accept available jobs and update job status through OGD’s routing platform
• provide customer service
• follow safety practices
• use hand and power tools and ladders up to eight feet
• remove and haul away old doors and equipment
• and maintain job documentation.
