What you'll do

• Lead Club Directors and supervisors in daily branch operations
• plan, implement, and evaluate programs and outcomes
• prepare and monitor budgets
• oversee facilities, equipment, and rentals
• implement safety standards and compliance training
• evaluate program quality and participation
• supervise, coach, and develop staff
• partner with Human Resources on recruitment and performance matters
• monitor payroll and grant allocations
• build community partnerships and represent the organization
• travel between club locations and the administrative office.
