Revit Project Coordinator, Hybrid

What you'll do

• Maintain digital and physical project files and version control
• track and distribute drawings, specifications, RFI and submittal logs, meeting minutes, and change orders
• manage correspondence and schedules
• prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
• assist with contract administration, invoicing support, consultant agreements, expense reports, and purchase orders
• coordinate meetings and document action items
• serve as a communication hub for project stakeholders.
