The attorney manages personal injury cases that proceed beyond pre-litigation, guiding matters from complaint through resolution by arbitration, mediation, or trial. The role also provides clients with strategic guidance and clear communication throughout litigation.

What you'll do

• Manage a personal injury litigation docket from complaint through resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and trial
• draft and respond to discovery
• prepare, file, and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• take and defend depositions
• represent clients at hearings and case-management conferences
• negotiate with defense counsel and insurance adjusters
• advise and communicate with clients.
