Behavior Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis (MA Required) in Pacific Palisades, CA. This is an onsite position with a pay range of $26 - $32 Per Hour. Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. A Behavioral Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. The role exists to optimize the independence and quality of life of clients and their families through evidence-based behavioral therapies.
