It owns the weekly Software Performance Review, builds a broader reporting and readiness-review framework, aligns data across technical teams, automates reporting, and mentors junior engineers to strengthen data visualization and communication.

What you'll do

• Analyze autonomous-vehicle data pipelines and performance data
• lead the weekly Software Performance Review and own leadership performance reporting
• calibrate metrics to executive goals
• align data streams across technical teams into release narratives
• mentor junior engineers and establish visualization and communication practices
• build automated reporting pipelines connecting performance databases to presentation tools.
