What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• communicate service progress to residents
• prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect the property for maintenance and safety concerns
• report issues to the Service Manager
• organize maintenance supplies and keep shop and storage areas clean
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
