Auto Body Technician

The Auto Body Technician is an onsite role based in Greenville, TX, with a compensation range of $23 - $30 per hour. This position supports the collision and glass services department at Gerber Collision & Glass, focusing on high-quality vehicle repairs. The role exists to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition through meticulous assessment, disassembly, repair, and reassembly. The technician contributes to the team's success by meeting repair facility KPIs and serving as a dedicated brand ambassador.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents, mix and apply filler resins, realign chassis and frames, remove and replace damaged sections, and perform welding and painting tasks.
