What you'll do

• Direct daily jobsite activities and lead carpentry crews and trade partners
• perform finish carpentry and architectural millwork
• interpret architectural plans
• schedule subcontractors and material deliveries
• inspect work for quality and budget compliance
• communicate with clients, architects, and owners
• mentor apprentice carpenters and field assistants.
