Maintenance Technician IV — Night Shift

The Maintenance Technician IV role is onsite in Lithonia, GA, with compensation of $37–$42 per hour. The schedule is nights, 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., on a 2-2-3 rotation. The role supports plant production and facility equipment operations. This technician applies advanced multi-trade expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair complex plant equipment, helping meet safety, quality, efficiency, and production objectives. The work includes root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance, process improvements, documentation, and support for production personnel.

What you'll do

• Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair, and rebuild complex plant and facility equipment
• perform root-cause analysis
• support process improvements
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems
• complete preventive maintenance and repair documentation
• assist production changeovers and setups
• train other maintenance mechanics as required
• fill in for the Lead Maintenance Mechanic as needed.
