Product Manager I

The Product Manager I role is onsite in Laguna Hills, CA; pay is $34 per hour. The role supports AmeriPharma’s development and enhancement of digital products, including healthcare and digital health solutions. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PST. Working with product, engineering, design, quality assurance, business, operations, and compliance stakeholders, the role translates customer and business needs into documented requirements and supports feature delivery. It helps maintain product backlogs, validate releases, and identify improvements using customer feedback and product data.

What you'll do

• Gather and document customer and stakeholder requirements
• translate business needs into user stories, workflows, functional requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• maintain assigned backlog items
• support feature prioritization
• participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• clarify requirements for engineering and quality assurance
• review completed features against requirements
• support user acceptance testing and releases
• analyze customer feedback, product usage, and support issues
• conduct competitor research and basic market analysis
• track product metrics and KPIs
• maintain product documentation and tickets
• communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers
• support evaluation of AI, generative AI, and automation capabilities.

Why this role

Approximately 1–2 years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related experience and hands-on Agile/Scrum experience are required. Healthcare or digital health experience is preferred but not required.
