What you'll do

• Check and restock the housekeeping cart
• greet guests
• strip linens and used amenities
• clean rooms and suites, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and windows
• report rooms as clean and available
• replenish linens and guest amenities
• respond to guest requests
• use supplies appropriately
• report missing, damaged, or maintenance issues
• communicate guest feedback to management
• follow security procedures.
