What you'll do

• Review exhibitor and vendor contracts for accuracy and consistency
• track contract status, deadlines, renewals, and expirations
• maintain a centralized contract repository and version control
• summarize terms, obligations, and concerns
• coordinate contract terms with Sales and Project Management
• flag non-standard terms for legal or management review
• support contract documentation for RFPs
• liaise with venues, vendors, and exhibitors
• update contract templates.
