Marketing Coordinator, Events & Marketing Support

The Marketing Coordinator, Events & Marketing Support role is hybrid in the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas, and candidates must be located in DFW and able to attend in-person events, including some evenings and weekends. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. RSI Security provides cybersecurity compliance and assessment services to help organizations navigate security frameworks and safeguard operations. The coordinator executes event logistics and supports marketing production under the direction of marketing leadership. By coordinating events, preparing approved content and assets, and tracking campaign and event results, the role helps the marketing team deliver consistent brand experiences and organized execution without owning strategy or creative direction.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate events, logistics, vendors, budgets, communications, and onsite facilitation
• manage event calendars, registrations, sponsorships, booth logistics, materials, staffing, and checklists
• coordinate pre-event promotion and meetings
• lead booth setup and teardown and capture leads
• create HubSpot campaigns, upload lead lists, launch template-based follow-up, and report event results
• coordinate webinar logistics
• produce graphics and PDFs from approved templates
• draft and repurpose content for review
• schedule approved emails and social posts
• maintain marketing assets and event kits
• follow event compliance rules.
