What you'll do

• Lead analysis of complex agricultural loan relationships
• guide lenders and analysts in structuring and underwriting credit requests
• assess agricultural risks and credit enhancements
• promote consistent loan presentations
• supervise, coach, train, and evaluate analysts
• support recruiting and onboarding
• develop commodity-specific underwriting standards and monitoring practices
• coordinate underwriting pipeline and analyst assignments
• identify business development opportunities and represent the bank in the community.
