Maintenance Supervisor, The Finch

The Maintenance Supervisor, The Finch role is onsite in Denver, CO. Pay is $38–$40 per hour. The role supports property management by maintaining and improving the physical property to help increase retention and occupancy. The supervisor leads maintenance workflows, staff, vendors, and repairs while monitoring budgets and service outcomes. The work helps keep apartments and shared property areas in good working order and supports timely completion of work orders and apartment turns.

What you'll do

• Ensure maintenance-team compliance
• improve workflows and cost efficiency
• train and retain team members
• review and assign work orders
• manage budget overages
• schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate vendor contracts, and inspect the property
• inspect HVAC units during apartment turns and perform advanced HVAC and electrical work as needed
• delegate turn and make-ready work
• close completed work orders
• maintain certifications
• target apartment turns within five business days and work-order completion within 48 hours.
