What you'll do

• Represent clients in state and federal court, mediations, and depositions
• prepare for trials
• draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and appellate briefs
• research real estate and foreclosure issues
• manage cases, deadlines, and court-rule compliance
• counsel clients on strategy, risk, and outcomes
• oversee and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals as needed.
