What you'll do

• Manage employee relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, office restacks, and workplace enhancements
• coordinate clients, facilities teams, architects, engineers, vendors, IT, contractors, and move providers
• track schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and occupancy plans
• prepare status reports and executive updates
• oversee move planning, execution, furniture deployment, and post-move support
• communicate changes to impacted stakeholders.
