What you'll do

• Maintain alumni relationships, communications, contact records, and outreach
• plan and coordinate events, meetings, and activities
• develop engagement calendars, newsletters, and approved social content
• track attendance and engagement
• build relationships with community organizations and recovery resources
• collaborate with internal teams
• prepare activity reports and monitor engagement metrics
• manage approved event expenses
• follow confidentiality requirements and professional boundaries
• refer clinical, crisis, or treatment concerns to appropriate licensed professionals.
