The Compliance Generalist — Quality and Compliance is an onsite role that may be based in Plattsburgh or Queensbury, NY. Pay is $22.52–$24.52 per hour. BHSN provides whole-person care in the region, and this role supports its Quality and Compliance Department. The generalist helps the organization meet regulatory standards across programs by coordinating incident reporting, investigations, audits, corrective-action follow-up, and compliance documentation. The work supports effective operations and protects client confidentiality and protected health information.

What you'll do

• Log, review, and document reportable incidents and assist with investigations
• support complaint and grievance reviews
• report potential or actual violations
• monitor corrective-action plans
• prepare and share audit documentation
• maintain compliance records
• assist with self-disclosures and reimbursement follow-up
• provide compliance data and reports
• communicate with regulatory agencies as needed
• identify compliance risks
• and protect client confidentiality and PHI.
