What you'll do

• Manage invoicing, payment processing, accounts receivable, collections, and reconciliations
• prepare aging and cash collection reports
• maintain ERP financial records and assist with journal entries, month-end close, and audits
• process payroll and payroll updates
• administer employee benefits and reconcile invoices and deductions
• coordinate workers’ compensation claims and insurance audits
• manage onboarding and offboarding documentation
• support employment compliance and maintain compliance calendars.
