What you'll do

• Schedule, recruit, hire, orient, supervise, evaluate, and train staff as assigned
• support rehabilitation, program development, community-based employment, and activities
• oversee daily operations, case management, communications, and advocacy
• coordinate communications with people served, families, care providers, funding sources, staff, and community
• contribute to planning, budgeting, policies, and agency goals
• oversee billing, payroll, funding, compliance, inventories, training records, and reports
• conduct tours, presentations, and client intakes
• ensure safety compliance
• provide direct service as needed to maintain staffing ratios
• act as a mandated abuse reporter.
