Construction Billing Specialist

What you'll do

• Review daily production reports, field documentation, maps, and redlines
• enter production data in company and customer systems
• prepare and verify customer billing
• track work through approval and invoicing
• research discrepancies and rejected invoices
• maintain project billing records
• track unbilled production
• communicate deadlines and documentation needs
• assist with reports, reconciliations, and operations support. Requires at least one year of QuickBooks or QBO experience and at least two years of related billing experience.
