The Residential Comfort Consultant role is onsite in Fenton, MO. Compensation is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential; no numeric compensation range is specified. Coordination with operations and vendor partners supports accurate recommendations, smooth installations, and a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

• Consult with homeowners about HVAC replacement or addition needs
• recommend solutions within project scope and budget
• partner with operations and vendors on system recommendations and installations
• manage sales targets and pipeline
• gather information for proposals, including by accessing roofs or climbing ladders when needed.
