Falcons Landing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to serve our population of Military Retired heroes for our Skilled Nursing unit, Assisted Living unit, and our Memory Care facility. Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia.
