The Senior Manager, Service Strategy and Operations Analytics role is remote. Base compensation is $130,000–$190,000 annually. The role shapes how North America service operations use data, analytics, and AI to guide decisions and improve service delivery.

What you'll do

• Own the North America service operations analytics vision, roadmap, operating model, governance, prioritization, and delivery standards
• set analytics priorities for operating plans, investments, workforce planning, and service delivery
• build the analytics capability and team
• diagnose performance drivers and establish tracking and variance-analysis frameworks
• strengthen data foundations, governance, KPI architecture, and reporting
• partner with technical teams to improve data quality and accessibility
• lead reporting, dashboarding, and technology migration
• identify and track opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, productivity, risk, and customer outcomes
• lead self-service analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
