What you'll do

• Coach and mentor Wellness Directors and community wellness teams
• provide interim clinical leadership when needed
• conduct community visits
• guide resident assessments and service plans
• review clinical indicators and support corrective actions
• assist with regulatory surveys and compliance
• support staffing, training, risk management, quality improvement, and operational planning.
